This paper solve the semi-infinite [[Floating Elastic Plate]] using the 
[[Eigenfunction Matching Method]]. It contains the first solution to the
[[Dispersion Relation for a Floating Elastic Plate]] and this solution
has proved to be extremely important in later developments.
