We define

or
[math]\displaystyle{ \int\nolimits_{-h}^{-d}\phi_{n}^h(z)\psi_{m}(z) \mathrm{d} z }[/math]
depending on whether the root [math]\displaystyle{ \mu_n }[/math] is above or below.
